Thank you for choosing NoCode-X.com, your creative, secure, and user-friendly no-code platform, brought to you by Co-Dex.eu bv (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We want to make sure you have a great experience building without code, but first, let’s lay out some ground rules. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NoCode-X.com (the “Platform”). 

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, well, you’ll have to explore other tools—but we’d really love for you to stay! 

1. Fair Use & User Responsibilities ​

Our Platform is designed for everyone - creative minds, entrepreneurs, dreamers, and doers. We believe in fair use, which means using NoCode-X.com responsibly and respectfully. Here’s what we expect from you: 

  • Be respectful: Build cool things, but do not use the Platform to spread harmful, illegal, or offensive content. Be kind and professional. 

  • Don’t hack Us: Seriously, no reverse engineering, malicious code injections, or attempts to break our system. 

  • Your projects, Your responsibility: You are responsible for the content, apps, and projects you create using our Platform. Make sure they comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws. 

2. Security and coding transparency ​

We’re all about secure, accessible coding. Our team at Co-Dex.eu bv works tirelessly to ensure that NoCode-X.com is secure for all users. Here’s our promise: 

  • Security first: We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data and projects. While we aim for perfection, no platform is 100% immune to cyber threats. Use the Platform at your own risk. 

  • Open code practices: We are proud advocates of transparency and secure coding practices. Where possible, we promote secure and open coding, so you can feel confident in the technology driving your projects. 

3. Responsible Disclosure Policy ​

We are serious about security and value the community's help in keeping our Platform safe! If you find any vulnerabilities or security issues in NoCode-X.com, we want to hear from you. 

Here’s how to responsibly disclose: 

  • Act in good faith: If you find a security vulnerability, please act in good faith—don’t exploit it, share it with others, or cause harm. Instead, report it directly to us, and we’ll handle it responsibly. 

  • How to report: To report a vulnerability, head over to our Responsible Disclosure page at Responsible disclosure page for full details on how to submit your findings. 

  • Our promise: We commit to reviewing and fixing legitimate vulnerabilities as quickly as possible. We may even reward you for your efforts (thanks in advance for your help!).

4. Intellectual property ​

  • Your content, Your rights: Whatever you create using NoCode-X.com is yours. You retain full ownership and rights to your projects. However, by using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display, store, and transmit your content to ensure your projects run smoothly. 

  • Our code, Our baby: All code, software, and infrastructure powering NoCode-X.com belongs to us. Please don’t copy, distribute, or use it without permission. 

5. Account management ​

  • Keep it safe: You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don’t share your login credentials with others. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, let us know immediately. 

  • Termination rights: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Platform or other users. Don’t worry, though—if it happens, we’ll try to give you notice (unless it’s urgent). 

6. Fees and Payment ​

NoCode-X.com offers both free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. All fees are non-refundable unless we state otherwise. 

We might change our pricing from time to time, but don’t worry—we’ll notify you in advance of any changes that affect you. 

7. Limitations of liability ​

We try to make NoCode-X.com as great as possible, but we can’t make any guarantees: 

  • No guarantees: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

  • No liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Co-Dex.eu bv will not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. 

8. Third-party services ​

Our Platform may contain links to third-party services or integrate with third-party tools. If you use those services, your interactions are governed by the terms and policies of those third parties—not ours. Please use your best judgment. 

9. Modifications to these Terms ​

We might tweak these Terms from time to time to improve your experience and protect our Platform. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know through email or a Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 

10. Governing law and dispute resolution ​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, where Co-Dex.eu bv is headquartered. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
